Looks like little Ms. Blue Ivy Carter is ready to share the spotlight. This pic surfaced the internet this morning of the two out doing a little shopping. I have to admit, Blue is definitely a cutie pie! Hey, you never know...Bey might be ready to give her little girl some shine :-)
